Visiting Fire India 2013

 

Q: What are the opening times of the exhibition?
A: 24th - 25th  October- 2013 Opening 10:00 – Closing 18:00 &
26th October 2013 Opening 10:00 – Closing 17:00.
   
Q: How can I register as a visitor for the event?
A: Simply by clicking on 'Online Registration' button and completing the
registration form. Alternatively, please call +91 (0) 11 45055500 and we can post you a registration form to complete.
   
Q: How do I register for just one day?
A: There is no need to select which day you are attending your badge will allow
you free entry to the exhibition for the entire duration of the event.
   
Q: How much does it cost?
A: There is no cost to attend the exhibition. Your badge will allow you entrance as many times as you like over the three days of the show.
   
Q: Is Fire India a trade show?
A: Yes, Fire India is a trade show for people looking to source information on
and/or order products and services to assist their business.
   
Q: Is there an age limit?
A: Yes, under 16's will not be admitted.
   
Q: When will I receive my badge?
A: After showing your registration no. you will receive your badge and visitor pack  from our registration counter at the exhibition venue. It will contain all you need to gain entrance to Fire India.
   
Q: Can I register for more than one person at a time?
A: Unfortunately, due to ABC auditing requirements it is not possible to register
more than one person at a time. You may however photocopy a registration
form or request additional tickets for colleagues by calling +91 (0) 11 45055500.
   
Q: What happens if I want to bring a colleague who hasn't registered and doesn't have a ticket?
A: People who don't register in advance and don't have a ticket will be required
to fill up the registration form at our registration counter during the exhibition.
   
Q: How can I plan my visit at Fire India?
A: You please click on ‘visiting’ button for all related information of your visit.
You can also make appointments with exhibitors prior to the show by filling up the online form, click on ‘make an appointment’ button.  At the show, there will be you are here board which you can use to locate the exhibitors of your choice.
   
Q: How do I contact the Fire India team?
A:  If you go to the ‘Contacts’ section of this website you can view all information
about Fire India team along with telephone numbers and email addresses.
   
Q: How do I obtain a visa letter?
A: For visa invitation letters for visitors you send us a request with all details
related to your visa & passport and we will fax your invitation to you.

Q: How can I book a stand in Fire India 2013?
A:

If you go to the ‘exhibiting’ section of the website you will be able to view the
Floor plan, Booking form etc. and also send an online exhibiting enquiry form
to us. Alternatively, go to the Contact Us section of the website and contact  
one of the Sales team.

   
Q: How can I access the Online Exhibitor Manual Form?
A:

As an exhibitor you are entitled to access to the Online Exhibitor Manual Form.  This Form Contains information on essential Marketing opportunities, logistical requirements and information for your stand, and also the facility to publish your company details on the Exhibitor Catalogue. You will require the password which would be allocated to you to access the Manual Form which can be found in the ‘Exhibiting’ section of this website. If you have not received your password please contact us.

   
Q: Do I need to organize name badges for the contractor who will only be setting
up the booth?
A:

Yes, you need to fill up the contractor pass form, please login to the Exhibitor
Manual Form page in ‘exhibiting’ section of the website and fill up the
contractor passes form.

   
Q: How do I get my exhibitor badge?
A: Exhibitor badges must be ordered by completing and submitting a form in the Exhibitor badges form that is a part of the Online Exhibitor Manual Form as detailed above. If you have requested and not received your Exhibitor badges please contact us.
   
Q: Where and when do I pick up name badges, tickets, registration etc?
A:

The Exhibitor Kit containing all name badges, tickets etc for your company will
be available for collection from the registration desk on the set up day. One
person from your company will be required to sign on collection.

   
Q: What name will appear on the exhibitor name badges?
A: The exhibitor names badges carry your and your company name as indicated
on the application form. Name badges must be worn at all times.
   
Q: What name will appear on the exhibition booth fascia board?
A:

Please refer to the exhibition page of the Exhibitor Manual which can be
downloaded from this website. Complete the "Fascia Signage Form" and send
to the exhibition organizer. If you do not return this form by the due date,
the company name you nominated on your original booking form will be
used.

   
Q: What does a standard exhibition booth include? And how do I organize furniture hire, additional lighting, electrics and plant hire for my booth?
A: Please refer to the ‘exhibiting’ section and login the exhibitor manual form.
   
Q: What is a 'shell scheme; and what does 'space-only' mean?
A:

Shell scheme:-In 6 sqmt we provide the stand with three side wall, carpet, 1
table, 2 chairs, 3 spot lights,1 waste bin. Raw space: - We provide space
only. Exhibitor will arrange everything on his own.

Q: What security will be provided for the exhibition booths over night?
A:

General security arrangements for the exhibition will be controlled by the
organiser’s
during the build up time and during the exhibition, hall will be
sealed after closing time.
