Innovation is crucial to the continuing success of any business. With technology growing rapidly, it is impossible to stay up to date without being innovative. It is even more important to recognize this effort in the industry. Services International has come together with the Institution of Fire Engineers (India) to identify potential trend-setters in the industry. The awards and the ceremony is dedicated to the stalwarts of the industry. It’s time to bring achievements into the light and pass on deserving credits!
This will be a key event for the entire fire industry!
We believe that an innovative thing must be new but a new thing might not necessarily be innovative.
Our focus is only on the creation of products that will be useful to the fire & safety industry & one that will allow them to better to their jobs.
These awards are focused only on innovation. We do not consider awards for “Best Product”, “Best Team” or ‘Best Company, etc.


    1. PRODUCT RECOGNITION AND AWARENESS: The innovative product nominations are reviewed by a panel of industry professionals including Members of government bodies, associations, trade journalists, renowned officials, etc. It is the ideal environment to increase overall product awareness in the market.
    2. HEIGHTENED VISIBILITY: Visibility is provided before, during and after the show. Promotional campaigns are carried out amongst a targetted industry professional database. Relevant professionals are made aware of innovations and products.
    3. INCREASED BUSINESS: Innovation is one of the greatest factors leading to business growth. Increased visibility during the show means increased visibility amongst the fire and safety professionals. It is an ideal environment to introduce new and innovative products and technologies.


The Innovation Awards 2019 are focused on recognizing the contributions of individuals, organizations & teams in inculcating innovation and excellence in their offerings.
Applications received online within the nomination deadline will be considered as the final nominations for the awards and further shortlisting.
Only those innovations that have been developed in the last two years (i.e. 2017) will be considered for the awards. Any product that is in the launch phase can also be submitted as long as it is available at the show.
Entries for the 2019 Innovation Awards will be open till 30th June 2019.
There are six categories for entrants:


1st May – 30th June: Registration period.
15th Aug -30th Aug: Nominations are reviewed by the jury.
19th Sep: Awards Ceremony at the show.
19th Sep – 21st Sep: Promotion of winners through website, social media and press release.
20th Sep – 21st Sep: Video interview of each winner.
Post-event: Promotion of winners through the website, social media, press release & videos


The jury will comprise of independent professionals from the fire and safety industry. They will gather to review the applications and select the winners in August 2019.The jury will judge the product based technical performances, functionalities, benefit for users and design.
The jury will review the nominated innovations from all categories and select the winners.


Winners will be announced on the first day of the event i.e. 19th September 2019 (Thursday)
Winners will be promoted immediately after the announcement through social media, press releases, and website.
They will also be provided with heightened visibility in the Innovation Zone.


Innovation zone :- A separate zone to just focus on the Innovations and promotion of all participants.
Award Ceremony :- The Award ceremony will take place at the Innovation zone.
Innovation Signage :- Signage’s will be displayed on Day 2 to promote the winners at the show. (Each signage boards will have logo of company, description of innovation, pictures and booth number)

All nomination entries must be submitted in the English language via an online entry form on the website –
The competition is open to all those exhibitors who submit their work according to the Awards Categories and Rules. Any individual submitting an entry in the competition is responsible for the legality, originality, and copyright of the work submitted in his/her name.
The last day to submit nominations is 30th June 2019. Nominations once submitted cannot be withdrawn or changed.
An exhibitor is allowed a maximum of one entry per category. Exhibitors can submit an entry in all categories.
Organizers will accept only those nominations that have been duly completed in accordance with the format.
Awards will be determined by a panel of judges to be selected by Services International & IFE. The decision of the jury will be final and cannot be challenged under any circumstances.
The jury has the right to determine the number of awards and to withhold an award in any category if, in their view, entries are not of sufficient merit.
The final winners for each category will be announced at our ceremony in Fire India Exhibition on 19th September 2019 (Thursday), followed by social media posts and website announcement on 20th September 2019 (Friday).
The organizers reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. The judges reserve the right to determine the eligibility of a nomination or and may transfer a nomination to a more appropriate award category, if necessary.

The organizers reserve the right to cancel or amend competition rules if an event outside of reasonable control occurs (e.g. a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, an act of God). Any changes will be announced on the website.
All taxes and insurances are the sole responsibility of winners.
Any dispute regarding rules, conduct, results and all other matter relating to the competition will be resolved by the organizers. The decision of the organizers will be final.
The Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry if, there are reasonable grounds to believe that rules have been breached. If disqualified, organizers reserve the right to find a replacement.
The Organiser is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of or unauthorized access to entries, entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of server functions, technical issues, virus, bugs or other causes outside our reasonable control.
The Organisers are not responsible for:
– Any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by your entry into the competition or as a result of accepting one of the prizes;
-Any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable; or
-Any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer systems relating to their participation in the competition.
